What were we thinking?
Jeremy and I cleaned out our garage this weekend. When we were going through the garage we found this lone piece of wood. We both looked at each other wondering why we had it. Then we realized, at some point we decided to save this piece of wood for fuel storage. We really had to laugh out our brilliant plan. I'm sure our family would survive a winter on that!

Congratualtions on attacking the garage, we need to do the same! I vote for keeping that well seasoned piece of wood, someday you won't be laughing at it, you may be crying that you don't have it!
Reminds me of my own attempt at food storage... you make me laugh.
... I should add that we planned to add the rest of the tree to our "fuel supply" too.
That is the most funny thing I've seen and read. I mean good for you guys for being prepared. But the picture and caption made me laugh out loud.
