Last night I decided to make my very first batch of freezer jam! Yummy, we are very excited. I have just been so inspired by all the summer fruit this year. I think next time I want to try and make Jam that doesn't have to go in the freezer. We are still a one freezer family, so space is very limited.

Good job, Molly! Makes you feel like a real woman, huh?! I want to make "real" jam too--but I don't want to possibly-kill-my-family-w/-botchalism-because-I-didn't-seal-the-lids-properly. I'm too chicken right now. Good luck, if you do!
Looks so yummy. Save some until I get there.
oooohh! Soo yummy! I'm jealous... come teach me how! I wish we had good fruit here. Wait, maybe we do. I wish I knew where to find it!
Mmmm... that looks like it would taste very yummy on my gluten bread!
Here's a really good recipe for jam that doesn't need to go in the freezer:
1) Get some freezer jam.
2) Get some jam that doesn't need to go in the freezer.
3) Do a taste test.
4) Go buy a deep freezer so you have room for all the freezer jam you will be making year after year.
