Why wait for Halloween?
Super Heroes appear at my house almost on a daily basis. It is nice to know they are around when you need them. Whenever you ask Spencer what he wants to be when he grows up he always says Spiderman. Then we ask, do you want to be bitten by a radioactive spider? That always gives him some food for thought.

I loved your running post. It sounds like you're doing awesome. I used to hate running and I still do some days but other days I love it. I know that I look ridiculous so I'm sure I provide great entertainment for anybody who sees me.
